Eleanor Ashworth

Eleanor Ashworth co-founded the firm in 1987 and has served as Managing Partner since 2001. Her practice concentrates on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions, and she continues to lead the firm's largest engagements personally.
